Portfolio, Mixtapes, and Social Software

One of my goals for this blog is to showcase some of my personal projects. I do a lot of web development for various people and organizations and it’s nice to be able to show off your work! So, on that note, I’ve added a Portfolio page to this blog. You can find the page on the left menu and the page lists a few of the more interesting sites which I have developed in the past few years. The Penn State Snowboard Club site is by far the most complex out of all of them. The RoundtopRiders site probably has the most media content with almost 100 videos and 1000+ photos. Check out the sites if you haven’t seen them already!!

I’ve also added some other components to the blog that should hopefully help to keep things fresh. I’m an active user of Twitter so I’ve tried to pull some of those updates, or “tweets”, into the sidebar so you can see what’s up. I also hooked in my updates so you can see the type of sites i’ve been bookmarking. The new 2.0 is pretty slick if you haven’t seen yet! I’ll talk more about some of these social software tools in later updates if you’d like to hear more about them and how I use them to make my life 10x easier.

Lastly, I’ve been listening to this new mixtape nonstop lately. It’s something I’ve found on the music blog. The mixtape is “Second Offense” by the Villians. Check it out and give it a download!
