		<description>The only people who I could see being &#039;unhappy&#039; with the move to chat for tech support would be people who are 1) old enough to be going blind and therefore have difficulty reading the chats when their bifocals are out of reach, and 2) people who at the moment they need the technical support do not have access to their computer or the interwebs.  But that&#039;s a very small percentage of users, and you can&#039;t please everyone.</description>
